Objectives

Improve peace and human rights situation in Karnali Zone with a focus to mobilize poor and disadvantaged people through their organizations and networks to claim and exercise their rights. |

Improve livelihoods of the poor and disadvantaged people of Karnali Zone through increased access to social, economic and political inclusion and empowerment. |
|
Improve educational status of people of Karnali Zone through increased access to quality education, enhanced ownership over educational programmes and increased accountability of service providers. |

Improve health status of people of Karnali Zone through increased awareness and access to health services, better sanitation situation and safe drinking water. |
|
Increase access of people to information through community education, publications and media campaigns in line with Rights to Information Act. |

Partner with Karnali people in research and advocacy activities to influence the policy makers and implementers on Karnali development issues. |

Strengthen technical and organizational capacity of local civil society organizations, networks and alliances to work towards human rights promotion and protection, social inclusion, livelihood improvement of poor and disadvantaged people and good governance in Karnali Zone. |
